Summertime in Texas!  Long, hot hours to fill, with kids who would gladly stay glued to a screen in the air conditioning all day if we’d let them.

What’s a parent to do?

We’d all like to keep our kids’ brains engaged over the summer.  Summer camp options abound, from sports, to science, art, music, and more.  Wouldn’t you love to find a summer camp that combines all of these?  What if I told you that you could also add culture and the Spanish language?  Eureka!  The perfect summer camp!!!

Each Spanish Schoolhouse summer camp combines the Spanish language with an engaging theme, like The Wild West, Treasures of the Rainforest, or It’s Fiesta Time!  SSH campers will be immersed in the language, while having adventures like cooking, sports, games, music, science and more.  “But,” you might ask, “what if my child doesn’t speak any Spanish?”  No worries!!  We all have to start somewhere, and research shows that immersion is the best way to learn a language.  Our skilled teachers will help your child understand through visual materials, songs, and “acting out” what they are saying.    You’re likely to catch your camper singing the songs in no time!  Learning Spanish has never been more fun!

Need flexibility?  Spanish Schoolhouse summer camps offer two, three, four, and five day programs, with optional extended care!  Camps available at our campuses in Allen, Arlington, Castle Hills, Coppel, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Frisco, Katy, Keller, McKinney, North Dallas, Rockwall, Southlake, and The Woodlands.   Check out our themes, hours, and registration at www.spanishschoolhouse.com.
